At IRONMAN, I spearheaded a global brand refresh to address the fragmented and inconsistent brand identity. Our team developed comprehensive brand guidelines to bring greater cohesiveness across all touchpoints. I led the redesign of race signage, ensuring a unified visual language that strengthened the brand’s presence. One of the key initiatives was the creation of the M Dot finish line carpet, which not only enhanced the race experience but also provided valuable brand placement for title sponsors. Additionally, I worked closely with internal and external partners to ensure proper usage of logos and brand assets, maintaining consistency across all marketing and event materials.
